Not gonna lie, I didn't expect THIS much of a difference in the noise coming from the swivel, but apparently I didn't realize how much noise it was actually making. This thing is DEAD SILENT! The ONLY sound coming from my speed bag now is the Australian leather hitting the wood backboard. And what a beautiful sound it is! This core ball exceeded my expectations. Now I need one for my other platform. Thanks again Jeff! You guys are the best
